Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states and select US territories. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of placement. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. Cancellations requested after 1 hour may be subject to return shipping fees if the order has already been processed.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
