Hilleagle Limited Warranty

At Hilleagle Smart Home Technology, LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Limited Warranty applies to products purchased directly from hilleagleco.com or from authorized retailers.

Warranty Coverage

Hilleagle warrants each product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or professional use for a period of 18 months from the date of original purchase. The warranty period may vary by product category — please refer to the individual product page for specific warranty information.

What Is Covered

Defects in materials or workmanship

Malfunctions under normal use

Product failures not caused by user error or external factors

What Is Not Covered

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents

Normal wear and tear

Damage from improper installation or unauthorized modifications

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

Damage caused by power surges, lightning strikes, or natural disasters

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please contact us at support@hilleagleco.com with:

Your order number

Product model name or number

Description of the issue

Photos or videos showing the defect (if applicable)

Warranty Resolution

At our discretion, we will either:

Repair the defective product

Replace it with an identical or equivalent product

Issue a refund for the purchase price

Warranty Period After Replacement

If a product is replaced under warranty, the warranty on the replacement product continues for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.
